What was the inspiration behind Angel Pet Supplies?

Our Chocolate Lab, Angel, was the true inspiration to find products that are high quality, look great and won't break the bank. Most importantly, that the products are made with comfort and durability in mind.

How does your brand differ from other industry brands in the same category? What gives you the competitive edge?

Angel offers a wide variety of colors, designs, and Collections to make finding and ordering the product very easy. Our breed specific size chart and product sizing recommendations provide our end users the comfort of knowing what size will not only best fit their BFF, but also be the best choice for their pup.

Describe the ingredients you look for in the products you use.

We use high quality raw materials to manufacture our variety of product lines.

Walk us through your development process — from ideation to the product we see on the shelf.

Our love is product development. We constantly interact with hundreds of end users about their needs and what they would most want to see. We assess which products are most requested or what issue we are mostly trying to correct. After years of market research and development, our customers know that when we launch something new, it's something big!

What are some things you take into consideration during the creation of new products?

Comfort, esthetic appeal and SRP. We want our products worn by all dogs.

Other than Angel Pet Supplies, what is something you are passionate about?

Pets and animals of all kinds, travel and sports. Keeping our mind and body healthy.

What is one major lesson you learned about running a business?

Learn from your mistakes and you will not repeat them.

What are some challenges you have overcome with Angel Pet Supplies?

During Covid, we had to adapt like most businesses. It was a challenging time in uncharted waters. We look to a bright, healthy future ahead.

What would you say is your most effective marketing channel?

Word of mouth and our incredible customer reviews seem to be even most important now, than they were in the past. With so many brands and products, consumers rely on honest feedback to make purchasing decisions.

Named after our beloved Chocolate Lab, "Angel."

What would you like to see for Angel Pet Supply's future?

Growing our Categories within the brand. We have already expanded into Training tools as well as Dog & Cat Toys. 

What do you think is the most prominent concern in the pet industry?

Quality products to ensure the safety of our beloved pets. Too many cheap products are sold which can endanger the lives of our pets.
